Players are encouraged to bring their friends and equipment if they have it.  If not, equipment is available to borrow free of charge on a first come, first serve basis.

Signed parental consent and liability releases are required in order for players to participate and will be available on the day of the clinic.

What if the weather is bad?

We play rain or shine! The only thing that chases us off the field is lightening. If we anticipate lightening, we'll let you know. Otherwise, see you on the field!

Celebrating Indigenous North American Stickball

In celebration of US Native American Heritage Month, Delta Breeze recognizes stickball as a ceremonial sport invented by Native American tribes.  As one of the oldest team sports, stickball evolved into what the French Jesuits called Lacrosse.  Elder tribal leaders often organized games of stickball to settle disputes without violence. The French Jesuits also named the Indigenous People's who played this game the Iroquois, but they are actually the Haudenosaunee (hoe-dee-no-SHOW-nee), meaning - the People who build a house.  Delta Breeze honors this tradition and recognizes this important part of our history. We encourage you to visit this website to learn more!
